How it works
At the start of the drawing, we use the latest block hash from Ethereum blockchain as a seed, then perform a 64-bit XOR operation with the keccack hash from the string which composed from participant's twitter accountId and the target status id. After sorting the results from highest to lowest, the top N individuals are the winners.
